Zancan
Michaël Zancan - Oil painter based in Bordeaux, France
On I’d fancy sharing this VERY old piece that I drew back in my late teenage years (which somehow explains the pinup). The drawing had started as a life drawing in front of an olive tree in Spain. Then it was extrapolated by putting dozens hours of effort into this crazy level of details. Odd, distant, ethereal memories for me ...
This is Inktober with a bias. Instead of following the official prompt, we asked the inhabitants at La Fabrique Pola to bring up the subjects every day. Everyone with or without drawing skills was invited to draw the still model during the lunch break.
Oct 18 - Monstrueux truc
Oct 17 - Vue du jardin
A drawing that I didn't have time to finish during my last Inktober (2017). It was a combination of 2 themes, "run" and "teeming". Painted in watercolor with the little I could remember of human anatomy. Flaws are everywhere! It was really fun do draw though and really weird a result.
