I was talking to a customer some time ago about her cob “ Broken Arrow” I said I was sure I had a photo from when I sponsored the class at the Royal Welsh, today looking for something completely unrelated I came across the photo from 2010, but I don’t remember the owners name! This lovely, Show Slip comes with an attached leather coupling with centre ring, this is easily removed if you wanted to put a lead from offside to near for the type of control you would get from a halter.

Always happy to offer advice, Carly Muscat was waiting for her Dragon Rosettes when she asked me about her in hand bridle, I told her her bit was wrong and the rosettes were not fitted in the right place, she took my advice and changed her riding bit for an in hand nylon bit with brass rings and correctly fitted her Dragon Rosettes! We had a request for a different noseband for Georgie Lily’s Welsh Cob Shop in hand bridle. So we made this one as an alternative and clearly it suits her stunning stallion so well! He’s such a beauty!

Hopefully everyone knows that Welsh Cob Shop not only caters for Welsh Cobs & Welsh Ponies, but also for many other of our native breeds. Here is Marlyn McInnes two lovely Dales yearlings showing well in their plaited halters to be placed in the ribbons at the recent Royal Highland Show. It's lovely to see how our other native breeds are truly shown in a natural state.

Remember when we were kids and didn’t do our homework? The dog ate it, some one stole it, mice chewed it, it got washed with a sock etc…. Then will I get it tomorrow as the show ( that I entered 3 weeks ago) is the day after!! Please allow me a bit more time as my magic wand is burning out and as we used say in the print room of NCB in the 80s the impossible we do right away, miracles take a little longer! Recouperation , what’s that?
