Red Labour welcomes this announcement but it doesn't go far enough.
Many young people have lost places at university and won't get appeals in time to ensure they get on their desired course. The toll on the mental health of young people during the pandemic has been high without this extra unnecessary anguish.
The government need a new strategy and a plan on how to avoid this same fiasco with GCSE results. Gavin Williamson should be sacked.
