Paul Pastaud Limoges Porcelain 1920s 40 piece Dinner Service
19th century Oil Lamp Clock as seen in "A smart match" scene from Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003) and in the Seiko Museum Tokyo. This intriguing item is an oil clock, also known as a silent clock. It remains in excellent condition and working order with it's original glass. Essentially an oil lamp, it features a stylized and decorative design marking the hours and with a glass reservoir on top intended to hold the fuel for the flame.

The books have wonderful gravures with the first example here is the most famous image of Cosette, by Emile Bayard, with the title of "Confier, c'est quelquefois livrer".

Freshly dug up from my garden today (not joking) Pair of Vintage French V.A (La Verrerie Ouvriere d’Albi ) glass insulator Gingerbread CD642. Incredible to find on their original fitting. Beautiful bottle green colour.
