A lot has happened. From 0 study to full time medical school. 👩🏻⚕️ 2 new jobs. 1 new cat.🐱 starting oly.🏋🏻♀️ a lot of crying 🥲 and so many happy moments .🤩
Today I just wanted to keep it real and celebrate how far I've come 🥳
Training and nutrition have not always been perfect but I just kept going and did the best I could, always. We are not built to give 100% everyday, but as long as we keep giving our best (whatever that is) day by day, progress will follow 🙌🏻
Power and strength have 📈, and despite not focusing on aesthetics some fat has been lost and tissue gained 🤌🏻
I am everyday grateful for what my body allows me to do and go through with amazing resilience 🙌🏻

Lovely day in Edinburgh. Had to get my ID and passport renewed but decided to turn it into a trip to unwind from the daily stress of uni and work.
Took my time walking around and soaking up all the beauty of Edinburgh. Focused on what I really wanted to go and see. Had wholesome conversations with lots of strangers. We all need this kind of days sometimes, to prioritise our MH over anything else, to relearn to love and take care of ourselves 🥰

This morning I didn't feel like getting up and definitely didn't feel like getting in my tiny swimsuit and go dip in the cold Scottish waters 🥶 while being photographed. Yet I did. And it felt amazing.🤩
I finally got to meet .dee and and connect with other beautiful people. You don't understand what vibing on someone else's level means until it happens, and today was one of those days 🥰

3rd day of hypertrophy block and I'm already looking forward to the next Oly strength block and a potential CrossFit block 👀 Ages ago I used to train only for hypertrophy and now I die every time I do 😂 but hey, chasing those gains 🦵🏻🍑

Was honestly so hyped up and couldn't wait to upload a video of my new DL PR but that never happened ☹️ feeling quite disappointed as DL had been feeling so smooth and light recently but I guess that was not enough. So 👏🏻we👏🏻move👏🏻on👏🏻
This marks the beginning of my new hypertrophy block. Currently sitting at 2kg fluffier than this summer (and honestly not caring😹). I'll be experimenting a little bit and for a month I'll try out 's training (with some extra Oly here and there) as I'm curious to see what results it will bring to those cakes 🍑 So this is my ✨BEFORE✨.

I could say a lot about these pictures, but the point I want to make here is that 👏🏻progress👏🏻takes👏🏻time👏🏻.
I'm not talking weeks or months, I'm talking years. And in this process consistency is key. You'll have ups and downs. But when you have a bad day (meal, training etc) just leave it behind you and keep it up with the good habits. A few oopsies are nothing compared to a consistent trend of good days over time.
