This morning we did a pretty challenging Accumulator Workout with weights and a chair.
But there was options with no weights/alternatives that could be done so that no one missed out.
For those of you wondering what Accumulator is - In half an hour we managed to complete 10 blocks of work,
Starting with exercise one then rest, then exercise 1+2 then rest, then 1+2+3 and so on....

How’s everyone’s first week back at the gym/classes gone?
I’ve thrown myself back into a full timetable of classes and loving being back to what I love to do ❤️
Also I continued my online Facebook fitness group and very proud of them, still managing to get some workouts in per week and motivating each other to push harder.
We started a LIFT LEAN Workout snd nutrition 28 day challenge on there and 2 weeks in we are already reaping the benefits, feeling in control of our lives and noticing subtle changes in our bodies, with inch loss and renewed energy!
Instilling some great habits and enjoying the journey is where it’s at! So let me know how you’re planning on doing that let’s share to motivate others 🙏🏻❤️💪🏽🔥
