I WILL continue to offer grooming and nail clipping appointments for these beautiful dogs.

I work on a 1-1 basis . So my decision to continue to groom this breed will have no detriment to anyone else. So please respect my decision🐾

This was his second groom and he was so excited for it. He jumped on the table and in the bath before I was even ready for him 😂

As of the 1st January 2024 there will be a price Increase.

This is due to the increase of business running costs. Such as utilities, products, equipment and tool maintenance.

The price increase will vary. This is because customers being on various prices since I started in 2022.
I am doing my best to provide a quality service at the lowest price possible.

I will try to get a message across to everyone with their new price. If you would like to know sooner. Please send me a message.

This isn’t a post I wanted to have to write but recently I have a few people not show up for their appointments.
If you need to cancel or re arrange your appointment that’s absolutely fine. Please let me know as soon as you can.
I understand sometimes things come up, which can’t be helped. But just let me know as soon as possible.

If you fail to attend your appointment and have not notified me. You will now need to pay in advance to secure your next grooming appointment.

*PAYMENTS*

I have unfortunately had someone not pay for their grooming service.

This is partially my fault as I’m probably to trusting of people.

All new customers will need to pay via cash or card at the time of collecting your dog.

Existing customers who already pay by bank transfer. You can continue to do this.

Sorry to post this message on an already miserable day. I hope everyone understands the need for me to put this in place.
