The Stanley man getting in a sneaky wee drink along the way as he gets in the training for the @davidhomesworldgrip World record day coming up in 6 weeks here in the gym folks.... There is going to be more practice evenings run here in the gym folks in the run in to the competition which will give everybody the chance to get in and practice with the range of grips and I have know doubt we are going to set some new world records for sure with the fellas & the girls. So no matter what age you are male or female keep your eyes posted to our pages for more information on the dates 💪. What a start to 2023 for this young Lady… 🥉🥉 When most young ones were taking it easy and over the Christmas break, this girl was working her socks off in the cold sh*ty & frosty nights, outside doing her power sprints and runs & endless nights in the gym doing all her strength & conditioning work. Working closely with her dad they really did but in all the hard graft, and at the sweet age of only 16, this young lady has just landed 3rd place in the under 20’s All Ireland 60m Hurdles in the National Indoor Arena In Dublin today. 👏👏👏 What an achievement and with still a few years left at this age group it just shows ya folks the potential this girl has… To say we are proud here at Cool-Fuel to be a part of her Journey in sponsoring her with all her sporting supplements and recovery aids, well it would be an understatement folks.
