Thank you so much to everyone who has come and supported us since November 2021, it has truly been a great experience.

It is with great sadness that I announce the change in management  of the Bistro of Ashby from 12th September 2022. EMH are currently looking at all the options available regarding the future of the Bistro.

The team and I have worked hard to bring a new menu to Ashby, but unfortunately it has been a very difficult time for the restaurant trade and after much thinking and with a heavy heart we have decided to step away.

To our customers, I would like to say thank you for supporting us and for giving us the opportunity to learn and improve.

I also would like to thank all the staff who helped me develop what started as a very small and chaotic idea into what the Bistro has been for the past few months.

We still have four full weeks left so come and join us for Brunch, Tapas and Dinner and stay tuned for our next adventures 😉!

Pork rib eye with cauliflower puree potato croquettes, courgette ribbons and apple glaze

Our Chicken, ham hock and leek terrine served with apple chutney and crispy bread.

Our new summer evening menu is available fromthis week! We have kept some of our most ordered dishes and added some new refreshing and delicious ones.

Our Sunday Roast is available every Sunday from 12.30pm.
One of the dishes on the menu is our delicious Beef Bourgignon - red beef in red wine, pancetta, baby onions and mushrooms served with potato mash and seasonal vegetables.

Working on our new seasonal menu!!!! A flavoursome starter with feta, fig, peanuts, cured ham bruschetta on a bed of rocket salad, tomatoes and balsamic vinegard.

Following on from the success of Father's Day we have decided to start offering a Sunday roast every Sunday from 12.30pm to 3pm! Two alternative meats will be available as well as a vegetarian option.
Our Brunch menu won't be available after 12pm on Sundays.

Celebrate Father's Day on 19th June at the Bistro of Ashby! We are offering a special Sirloin steak Sunday lunch with all the trimmings. Vegetarian option also available and kids are half price.

Celebrate with us the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee on Thursday 2nd June and Friday 3rd June we are offering a special afternoon tea between 2pm and 5pm. £24.99 for two persons. £32.99 for a sparkling afternoon tea for two which includes two glasses of Prosecco.
