New threads this week - and a winning debut for Maidstone United U23.

Fantastic 3-1 Win with 10 men, after going 1-0 down.

Am pleased to have ‘done a deal’ with Maidstone United, that could potentially see our young players gain a little more game time (Via their U23s) and also open up a route to first team football for players coming back the other way.

Player of the month - September

After his best period in a Lydd Town shirt, Billy Robbins (18) has won Septembers player of the month 🎉

He won the vote, following hard working performances in both midfield and defence in the FA Vase and in the Senior Trophy win.

September also saw Robbins bag his first Senior goal for the club since his arrival from last season.

Lydd Town would like to thank all 277 people who voted!

It’s that time, where you get your chance to vote for September’s Player of the month.

This months Nominated players are;

Billy Robbins; Not only made his first competetive starts of the season, but also scored his first goal.

Johan Ter Horst has really found his shooting boots and even made it into the Kent Online team of the week.

Sammy Adams has been his all action self, again helping himself to a couple of goals.

Finally, Luke Burdon completes the quarter - back from Suspension to help the team out whether scoring goals, or saving them after his cameo vs Snodland.
