Hi guys, so I checked on my wild garlic patch yesterday, really excited to make wild garlic kimchi again this year it went down so well last year. I foraged just a little bit as it was too young still, it should be ready in couple of weeks. I got home and made quick and easy kimchi toastie and chopped some of the wild garlic I had collected and used it as garnish.

Kimchi toastie is the most simple and delicious lunch or snack you could make using our OG vegan kimchi. You simply need some nice bread cheese of your choice and an oven or air fryer to melt the cheese itโ€™s so good I promise you wonโ€™t be disappointed.

I also tried something new and filmed me making the toasted sandwich ๐Ÿคฃ it wasn't easy ๐Ÿ˜ณ i want to share more recipes with you guys, as I do get asked often whatโ€™s the best way to enjoy our products.

Persian pickles are back ๐Ÿ˜๐ŸŽ‰

The plan was to focus on two main products: kimchi and kombucha and when I have time I can experiment and make a few other things. The amount of disappointed faces at markets and people telling me how it's the best pickles they ever had. I had to bring the bad boys back ๐Ÿ˜†.

Honestly I also missed eating them myself too! ๐Ÿ˜… Few weeks ago I finished the last bit of my jar with mixed feelings of joy because it tasted so good and sadness because there was no more ๐Ÿ˜†.

Hopefully I can keep on top of always having them in stock for you guys!
If you love pickles and haven't had my Persian pickles come and find me at local markets and I usually have tasters! So you can try before you buy.

I'm at faversham market every Saturday and Nathan is at Margate old town markets on Saturdays too. Few others like herne bay and Whitstable Castle market once a month, I will have a section on my highlights every month on prebook markets so it's easier to find me, bare with me.
