Bethersden Summer Bootfairs

We are delighted to announce that we will be running a new Sunday bootfair EVERY week! 9am- 3pm!

Our first one will commence Sunday 24th July 2022

Sellers From 8am

Strictly NO buyers/buying before 9am.

Charity donation box will be at the gate

Car parking onsite (50p entrance fee)

We will be raising for a different CHARITY every week and will be regularly updating our page upon receipt of this!
Our local small businesses, we would also like to support so if we can help you by having a pitch for your advertising purposes, or just a bootfair pitch, let us know!!

We will also be there for you to enjoy tea/coffee, bbq burgers/sausages and cakes!!

PLEASE ENTER VIA Standard Lane or WOODCHURCH ROAD onto Brissenden green.

We have taken note of all government guidelines and hand sanitisers will be available for public use around the site.
Ingredients of food will be on display.

A short turn off the A28.

First aider will be onsite

Since lockdowns our neighbouring community has suffered and we believe that this will help in such hard times for everyone!
What better way to spend a Sunday then to help local charities and businesses while turning your junk into treasure and meeting others?!

TERMS&CONDITIONS

FOOD TRADERS WILL BE TURNED AWAY unless prebooked.

Food sellers must send a copy of all hygiene certificates, licence and proof of liability insurance PRIOR to coming onsite.

ALL SELLERS & BUYERS MUST leave respectfully and quietly through our neighbouring lanes.

We will be doing our best to operate a one way system so please follow our Marshalls instructions.
ALL rubbish and unsold goods to be taken home with you.
Bins will be provided for your food waste.
DOGS MUST be on leads and any mess MUST be cleared by owners.
Zero tolerance Policy will be adhered to.
Cars will be left at owners risk.
Weather - should we be unfortunate in weather forecast we will update our page or please phone ahead.
We reserve the right to adjust stall prices accordingly to the current climate at any time during the season. Introductory prices apply.
