I've dreamed of being able to have a whole month off from working. It seems that this year it will be a reality.

I will be open to answering queries and questions but wont be making anything until I'm back on 1st Sept. I'll be focusing on some much needed family time and fun adventures for us all.

If you have something you need very soon, order before 31st July. I can complete a couple of keepsakes before 1st August if you need something made urgently too. Deadline to get your clothes to me will be 13th July.

As always there's a mini and full size version of the cat and it can be personalised on it's chest.

Memory blankets come in 5 sizes

They are named like that as it gives you a better idea imagining how big the blanket will come out. Because we can visualise our own or our kids beds. You might find it slightly shorter than a duvet cover, it will cover the top of the bed from below the pillows without the overhang that a duvet has.

Having something visual in your home that you can compare the size against will reduce the feeling of "I expected it to be bigger/smaller".

Generally cot and toddler sizes are great for passing keepsakes onto new babies & young kids. Single size is great for older children or for 1 person to cuddle up with on the sofa, no matter the age. Double and king size are better for adults to wrap themselves in or use it as a bed throw.

Dad's can be notoriously hard to buy for. Normally you stick to buying the same safe thing year after year because you know they like it. If this year is the year to try something different then maybe try giving them something more sentimental, like a memory cushion.

As 2023 comes to a close, I'm reflecting back on how much has happened this year. It was a great year, new discoveries, harsh realities I had to face, complete life change for me and hope that there could be more to come. ​​​​​​​​​
I'm excited to see what 2024 brings. I am looking for new parents and soon to be parents to collaborate with to get my products out there to more people.

Christmas can be a difficult time if you have lost a love one throughout the year. You'll look back on previous Christmases and want to hold on tight to the memories of how things used to be. It can be a very emotional time.

This was 1 of 3 cushions made for a customer that is going through that very things this Christmas. They wanted to give these as a gift to their other siblings as a way to hold onto those memories and give them a small piece of comfort to help them through the difficult times.

When Wilko closed there was a group set up on Facebook for former staff. Someone was asking about what they could do with their old uniform and I suggested turning it into a keepsake. A lady took me up on the offer and this was the result. I was so pleased I could do this for her to hold onto the memories of the days she once had.​​​​​​​​​
I worked for Wilko between 2001 and 2014, my first major job after school that was only meant to be a gap to fill while I decided what I wanted to do with life. I left there in Jan 2014 to go self employed, and have been ever since.
