I am absolutely blown away that I have made it to 3 years with my small business. What a journey I have been on!

I wouldn’t be here today without my clients, I’d like to say a huge huge thank you to every single one of you who has made this possible for me. I appreciate you all more than you know. I have made some friends that are genuinely friends for life and couldn’t be without 🩷

ONLINE COACHING

My client bit the bullet and wanted to take control of her life after some pretty hard life changing events!

So here we are again it is Monday! The start of a new week and the start of a new journey for some of my clients. It’s never too late to start, take it day by day and improve one thing at a time ✨

The main thing I see is people completely changing their diet and going cold turkey on everything they think is bad for them. Remember everything in moderation! There is no bad food.

If you are on a weight loss journey or life style change and you feel your not getting where you need to be, ask yourself these questions…

🔥Are you getting 7-8 hours of sleep per night?
🔥Do you have a set routine?
🔥Are you hitting your 10k steps per day?
🔥Are you religiously calorie counting? Including on the weekends?
🔥Are you drinking 2-3L of water per day?
🔥Are you allowing yourself some recovery & down time?

You need to be CONSISTENT!

Every single one of these things will impact your journey. You know deep down if you are doing these things or not. Don’t compere yourself to anyone else, all bodies are different! ♥️

My client Becks has been with me since day one, we are 6 weeks in and she has lost well over half a stone!

The differences in you are absolutely incredible, you turn up every single session with a smile on your face and so much determination! The difference in your face is absolutely insane, and this goes along with that smile 😊 I know how happy you are about the changes you are making and you fully deserve this journey. You work bloody hard every day to support your family and yet you still make time to come and workout and change your life. I am beyond proud. Well done Becky Smith roll on the next few months!

My client Emily had a go at some tire flipping tonight and managed to flip this 110kg tire! You absolutely smashed it tonight and with some more practice we will soon be attempting 200kg ✨

She also hit a leg press PB of 200kg which is insane! Emily’s goal is to build muscle so heavy lifting is what we need to do, already we can start seeing changes in her physique from when we started! I can’t wait to see your results in a few months time!

Josie has been with me since day one and we are only 5 sessions in! ALREADY she has lost a huge 7cm off her body in less than two weeks! Next week we are weighing in to see what her loss is!✨

Why choose me as your trainer?

I have had my very own journey which started back in 2019. I was extremely unhappy, I was emotionally eating and I was secretly eating alone. It takes a huge amount of self control and determination to break habits and change your life for the better. You have to be in the right mindset, your either in or your out. I can relate to so many women and men who struggle with their weight, I still live it every single day.

Lock down has been the most challenging time for everyone, picking at food because no ones watching? Thinking that this one meal won’t hurt. Well your right, one meal won’t hurt but it is the 20 other meals you’ve had and told yourself it won’t hurt.

If you want to start making changes to your life physically and mentally, I am here for you and I will do everything in my power to get you the results you want. Of course there is going to be ups and downs no journey is perfect but one thing I can say is I UNDERSTAND what you are going through. In my opinion, you can’t understand what a plus size girl or boy is going through unless you’ve been there yourself. And trust me, I’ve got the t-shirt!

The importance of water 💦

As the summer months go on people are neglecting their water intake and are becoming more and more dehydrated. Our body consists of around 60% water which requires an average of 2 litres per day to be consumed. We do also get around 20-30% of our water through food! Here are some of the ways drinking water is going to benefit you.
