Last week we were proud to host a number of Southampton's finest restaurant owners at Southampton FC During the evening we showcased our diverse portfolio and provided a thoroughly memorable evening for our guests. Amidst savouring global flavours from Japan to Portugal, guests were treated to exclusive interviews featuring Matt Le Tissier and Southampton FC Manager Russell Martin hosted by stand-up comedian Tommy Sandhu

The festivities continued with a ground tour,a captivating mixology class led by Makai and 5 Walla, and live cultural experiences including henna art and Japanese calligraphy. Cheers to an event that blended football passion, culinary delights, and cultural enrichment!

Kingfisher Drinks hosted a sensational event last night at The Washhouse in Manchester, featuring the debut of Sapporo's first draught tap in the city. It was an unforgettable evening where local artist Daren Newman captivated us with his Suminagashi art, Guests indulged in delicious Japanese cuisine while grooving to the beats of DJ Kiina, and enjoyed the best-tasting draught pours straight from our Katana tap.

📣Exciting news from Kingfisher Drinks!📣 Say hello to the new look Peacock Cider! Coming to a restaurant or bar near you from March 2024!

Our new bottles of both Apple and Mango & Lime cider look very different and feature a new take on the Peacock bird to inject some additional character to the brand. To further support the rebrand, we will also be running some exciting initiatives throughout the year, including a ‘Peacock Lottery’ where customers will be entered into a prize draw to win free stock, premium POS or vouchers for online stores or experience days.

Andy Sunnucks, Senior Brand Manager at Kingfisher Drinks, adds, “Although Peacock is probably best known within the Asian dining occasion as a complement to spicy food, it’s also a great cider in its own right which is regularly found in a growing number of outlets. We’ve recently carried out a survey with OnePulse which showed 60% of cider drinkers prefer flavoured cider and 87% are happy to pay more for a better-quality product, so we’re confident this new look will broaden the consumer appeal still further. To support the rebranding, we’ll be running a large social media campaign to drive awareness and for outlets we’re introducing a new range of POS material, including eye-catching new glassware, so would encourage pub, bar and restaurant owners to stock up and give it a try.”
