Supply only on this door and frame, we manufactured this using European oak and finished it with Fiddes Woodfinishes high build wood oil with u.v protection.
We then decorated with brass ironmongery and fitted with an espag security locking system.
I managed to get down there this week after the builders had finished the installation
Was a real pleasure to get involved in this one from attending site to template the arch and returning back to the workshop where I got to show off my woodwork skills in creating such a beautiful piece and was so pleased the customer wanting to move from the painted finish to the natural timber finish enabling us to show the quality in the joints and overall manufacturing finish in this piece

A recent sliding box frame window we had the opportunity to manufacture and then get out and fit. I love making these just something really pleasing watching it come together from all the various components and a real opportunity to get on the hand tools and assemble
This was manufactured from sapele (hardwood) finished with a full factory paint job glazed and fitted with all the necessary brush seals and lead weights and finished off with chrome ironmongery

Another job complete, replacement double doors fully weather sealed upgrading the single glazing to double glazing, giving the room a much warmer and quieter experience, these where manuctured using sapele hardwood finished with 2 coats primer and 1 top coat and then decorated using black ironmongery fitted on a small balcony in a lovely local holiday cottage

Got down in the Wrexham area this week fitting.
Dropped off a hardwood gate that was manufactured and primed and after the customer had top coated with their preferred colour managed to get down their and fit the new posts and swing the gate

Fresh new look at this property new front door replaced the old upvc door with this anthracite composite door

One we’ve been working on recently managed to get out whilst the weather took a break to get it fitted
we removed an existing up and over garage door and replaced it with these double hardwood garage doors manufactured from idigbo and finished with a light oak sikkens oil the customer was a joy to work for and was extremely grateful look forward to getting back there and completing some more work she has for us

A few lengths of hockey stick bead manufactured for a customer looking to replace damaged beads on some of their fire doors we also supplied some new lengths of door lippings to repair doors all these we made from solid oak

A shoe rack / bench I was asked to manufacture recently to a bespoke size to fit snuggly into a reveal all manufactured from solid European redwood (pine) the base finished with 2 coat primer and two coat top whilst the top was finished with a number of hard oil coats and buffed to give a nice polished finish

We were approached by a customer who had started out as a few containers that want lining ended up being this . It’s been a graft with 1404 stud 460 sheets of ply and 280 sheets of insulation we have completed 16 fully lined containers with 12 of them kitted out with bespoke shelving

This old door really did need replacing so we manufactured this European oak stable door with a high build oil finish

Moving on with the containers now couple more weeks and we should be close to boxing these off

Returned to a property last week hanging more doors this time for the upstairs this was new casings, doors, architrave, skirting board and there’s even some new idigbo cill boards that we fitted last year but never posted

Boxed this one off on our return after Christmas a door damaged that needed replacing like for like as it was from a listed building

Another one I didn’t get chance to post before Christmas we were approached and asked if we could alter a staircase to a customers design
So we opened it all up and cladded the strings in European oak and fitted all new oak balustrade this one isn’t quite complete as we need to go back and make and fit some cupboards below once some final decisions are made but still with the work done so far quite the alteration

One we boxed off before Christmas a new door manufactured and fitted this one was made from hardwood and finished with a two coat primer and two coat top coat

Not posted much recently but will once we’ve got some finished pictures we’re currently working on a handful of front doors various timbers and finishes
In the midst of the bedlam we have had a few days out on site we had a customer contact us regarding insulating and boarding some shipping containers and then completely kitted out with shelving as this will be filled with paperwork and are being used as archiving there’s 14 in total to complete so will keep us busy for a little while and will post a few pictures along the way

Sooooooo this one has drummed up a rather large amount of interest locally, and hope it does the same now it’s complete.

This one is a sapele hardwood shop front with marine grade ply panels and pillars making sure we copied all existing mouldings etc to be in keeping with snowdonia national park requirements, this was then finished with a preservative dip, 2 coats primer and 2 coats topcoat to ensure best possible cover against the elements the shop door was fitted with all brushed chrome and stainless steel fittings including letterplate, push/pull handles, kick plates and door closer.

Got another 3 done over the last couple weeks I believe we’ve pretty much completed the whole fleet of these now we thank Dragon Drilling for the opportunity on these and hope we can help out with any future fleet changes

Lots still to do a this property but managed to get up on the roof recently and fit all the cement board cladding fit some upvc reveals and finish off fitting all the guttering

One we finished off few weeks ago we were back at the oak porch job where we fitted new UPVC windows to the upstairs and then battened the block work insulated and then fitted composite boards to clad the upper half of the property

Managed another delivery of windows and doors last week supply only on these will get up there again soon and get some pictures of them all fitted

Some more doors hung at a customers house

Spent some time recently removing some old 4” glass blocks and replacing them with these idigbo direct glazed windows that we manufactured and finished with an oak stain

Another one that was completed recently new oak casings and doors aswell as laying laminate floor downstairs got to go back and fit the architraves and skirting for this one

Been here there and everywhere recently with a fair few doors hung and various other little jobs we tasked ourselves recently with a roof repair stripped back all the slates with some replacement wall plates and rafters aswell as all new felt and batterns then cleaned up and fitted the old slates back to the roof some new fascia’s and guttering latter not a bad job if I do say so myself

Spent a day in Ruthin last week glazing these roof lanterns

We recently took a look at some windows for a customer who felt the frames where in good nick and didn’t need replacing but the sashes on the other hand had seen better days so we measured up manufactured some new sashes and fired them in the old frames made out of a hardwood so should have many years of life left in them now

Had some time over in Shropshire this last couple weeks, we were asked if we could tidy up an old set of stables and feel like this one really came up good, was a very labour intense job stripping back to stud, and digging out the stable backs to pull everything back straight and true, but it was a nice change to get out in the sunshine and loved the challenge.
