This is my truth and my own experience, along with that of many I have supported in the health, fitness, mindset performance, and faith-for-growth space. Do it for yourself—not from a selfish perspective, but from an understanding that God, and our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ has deposited gifts within you that require you to manifest them.
