Job Role:
* Laying out timber components for the manufacture of roof trusses
* Pressing and stacking of roof trusses
* Creating easi-joists and I Joists to fulfil orders

Essential Skills:
* Previous experience is not mandatory as all essential training is provided.
* Is a team player, with a can do attitude

Good morning on this wet and wild morning 👋🏻

Here we have some “roof joists”, an easi-joist system with pitched blocks at either end to suit your roof type in place of a trussed rafter structure.

These joists have the added benefit of lightness and the ability to fill with insulation, therefore improving the thermal efficiency of your home etc.

This special truss certainly gave our designer and saw-men many headaches but we think they’ve turned out brilliantly 👌🏻

The joist orders keep coming thick and fast, the easi-joist press has fairly been putting in the overtime recently 💪🏻

This “small” selection of joists was just a fraction that went out over the last month to Braefield Nursing home, the final total coming just shy of 400 joists, not so “easi” work in the end 😳

Hello again!

It's been a hectic few months here at Roof Truss Solutions.

We have been in the process of moving premises over the last two months or so, coinciding with generally the busiest period of the year it has been a challenge maintaining our standard level of output as we worked from our old site whilst transferring materials to our new site.

However, our hard-working staff have been going above and beyond what is required as we got up and running from our new home. They have worked their socks off trying to keep up with the demands, working unsociable hours and helping when they can.

We look forward to working with our regular and new customers from our new site.

I know everyone has been itching to get their Roof Truss fix (stop laughing in the back)... so without further ado here we have a rather unique design that went out this week.

These Parallel Chord trusses look smashing. This truss type offers benefits of increased insulation and therefore reduced energy bills as well as increased ceiling room.

Our workers have done a great job putting these together, many headaches ensued from design to manufacture but another project a reality 😀
