The results have been unbelievable, between the ladies they have lost 154lbs (11stone) ๐ฒ and 271 inches ๐ฅฐ
Theses results were achieved by individual calorie targets, steps and showing up consistently for their sessions, doing the simple thing right โ
Massive well done to Cathy McAllister who won the challenge losing over a stone and 23 inches ๐ช๐ช

3 weeks in and ladies are still kicking ass ๐ช
Everyone on sustainable calories ( some were shocked at how many they had), this makes me sad ๐ญ Would be easy to dish everyone out 1200 cals, starve them all , but that's now how I roll!
Everyone's calories have been indvualised, and this week they have all been kept very accountable โ

The festive season is one of the most difficult times to stay motivated to be healthy. ๐๐
Holidays have a tendency to cause quite the disruption to our normal diet and exercise routine and staying motivated to get into the gym can be a bit harder than usual. ๐ช
During the festive season, itโs a lot easier to make excuses, the food is tastier, and itโs a crazy busy time of year. Between work, family, planning, and parties finding the time for a gym session can be nearly impossible. ๐
So a big well done to all the ladies who continued to show up in December ๐ช๐ช
Reminder for all those supemums out there โค๏ธโค๏ธ
You don't need to take care of everything, you don't have to be a super mom, a super wife, a super housewife, a super professional, a super woman.
Because when your body gets tired, there will be few who will remember that you tried to be all of this in one person.
So, leave the house for later, go for a walk, go to the park, start the gym, buy clothes, go to the salon, sleep, be yourself, take care of yourself, love yourself, and do it exclusively for and for you. ๐ช
Kids grow up, the job finds a replacement, the house will get dirty again, but you don't get a second chance. "
This time of year it's easy to slip up, more social outings, work getting busier, motivation low ๐
That's ok we're all human, just remember, 1 missed workout or 1 bad days of eating Is not going to stop you reaching your goals ๐ฏ
Always remember why you started โค๏ธโค๏ธ
Don't wait for tomorrow or next week, get back up and at it ๐ช

This week's weighs in some some incredible results ๐
Ladies have managed to loose another 18lb and 31 inches between them ๐ฒ๐ช
So in 4 weeks 11 ladies have lost a grand total of an unbelievable 44lbs and 78 inches ๐ฅณ
I am absoutely blown ๐คฏ
Weight loss does have to be complicated, we have made simple and effective changes, with no crazy calories drops ๐ฅฐ๐
We are welcoming 5 new members this week, cant wait to help them become a fitter, healthier, happier version of themselves โค๏ธโค๏ธ
