If so here is how it works...

We are also pleased to see our large base of regular customers are steady with their orders and are expanding the number of products they buy from us as they switch away more fully from the soulless supermarkets and begin the final phase of their move away from the toxic food matrix entirely.

Every week we have new first-time customers who place their first order with us and we recognise that it can be quite a big deal to break away from the habit of dealing with the supermarkets but like all bad habits you need to take that first step.

We want to ensure that everybody knows how our ordering process works as it's NOT like the supermarkets (and it can't be if we are to create a real alternative to them).

The first thing to understand is that each Sunday at midnight is our cut-off date for ALL orders.

If you are looking to place a "regular" order for delivery this coming Wednesday 25th September we need your order by midnight on Sunday 22nd, please.

If you wish to place a "Preorder, " the cut-off date is again Sunday at midnight, but you should select delivery from or on Wednesday 2nd of October. This is because we do not carry preorder items in stock, so we need time to get the orders to our suppliers to allow them to deliver to us in time to get them out to you.

Preorder items are all clearly marked on the website as "Preorder" and the earliest delivery date. So for example ALL freshly baked bread, meat and poultry, fruit and veg, veg boxes, and any items in the preorder section of the website are ALL preorder.

Shopping with us is a bit different but it has to be. It's the only way to give you the large range of products you see on the website.

We encourage as many of you as possible to move to preorder as it's a great way to shop and it gets you away from the just-in-time weekly shop the supermarkets have you working on and gets you planning ahead. Getting strategic about your food is not a bad place to be in this world!

IMPORTANT FOR MEAT AND POULTRY CUSTOMERS. Can we remind you all that we need a MINIMUM of 4 items per meat order if we are to package your order to keep the items perfectly chilled or frozen when they arrive with you.

We recommend stocking up on your meat and poultry if you have the freezer space and doing larger less frequent orders. Logistically it just works much better for you and us.
