Childrens self defence classes includes defences for punches, kicks, chokes, grabs, multiple attackers and weapons etc. Classes help build awareness, fitness and confidence. Banbridge boxing club, Wednesday's from 6pm to 7pm with instructor Marty Foy. Adults classes every Thursday from 8.15pm.
Beginners welcome.
