Sorry I havenβt posted on here for a while guys, Iβm back but only doing one clinic a month. I didnβt advertise this months clinic as it was already booked up before I had the chance to release the times. However for April I am putting it on here so everyone has a fair chance of getting an appointment. Time slots are limited so if you would like to get booked in for April 22nd which is just I time for the bruising and swelling to have gone down before the may bank holiday inbox me. Appointments are limited so once they are gone they are gone. I will need a Β£30 deposit to secure appointment.

Hey everyone, It's been about five weeks since my hernia surgery, no strenuous exercise or lifting of anything past 10 pounds. I still have another 3 weeks of recovery to go. But throwing in an infection, 2 sickness bugs and hypertrophic scaring (an abnormal response to wound healing) this really has set my recovery back and forced me to rest my body! However, I am now feeling better and better everyday and Iβm so grateful for my health and that Iβve been lucky enough to allow my body to rest. I would like to thank everyone who has checked in on me and been patient with me during my time off. I will be back at work in the coming weeks, Iβve missed you all so much. See you all very soon! β€οΈ
