Flat roof transformed for Michell wines 💥

This job has definitely tested us, we were only supposed to be replacing a part of the flat roof but once we started removing the Walkway. We noticed it had been extended & extended again. Each section at all different hights.
The spars were rotten in numerous places, it had to be taken down. 🔨

So we got to work, Removed all timber work so we could make a fresh start.

🔸️We installed new timber joists, bolted with hangers.
🔸️We created sufficient fall with our timbers directing the water into our outlet.
🔸️18mm osb boarded.
🔸️Grp trims around perimeters.
🔸️Res-tec primered the boards before we begun our liquid resin & reinforced matting.
🔸️Once our first coat is down, we let it dry and give a second coat.
🔸️This gives you a 20 year backed guarantee.

Job completed for Rotherham council 💥

We was contacted by our good friend at PN Joinery services LTD to replace the roof which had extensive fire damage.

Paul did a fantastic job on the timber work, in only 2days. As we was on a tight schedule for our team to get to work.

Two roof replacements complete 💥

Once the scaffolding had been erected on one property, the adjoining neighbour wanted her roof replacing too. 🤔

So at very short notice, we spoke with the lads Pierce Williams for a fast scaffolding & BLS waste solutions for waste.
The team worked through the weekend to make this happen. 👌

Jake decided to go for a black upvc to give it a more modern look.

🔸️So we boxed out the fascias to install our soffits.
🔸️Installed the black upvc fascia with black square gutters.
🔸️Vented felt support trays.
🔸️Breathable membrane with 2x1 treated battens.
🔸️Flat grey interlocking concrete tile.
🔸️Leadwork to chimney.
🔸️Dry ridge system installed.
🔸️Chimney racked out, pointed & flaunched.

Front door porch -
🔸️We osb boarded then used britmet lightweight synthetic slate as it was a shallow pitch.
