Well, it should be that time of year again, where I fire the mixer up to create my sister's next birthday cake ready for her birthday tomorrow!

This year is a little different though, not sure I can ship a cake to NZ!

I was feeling a little down about if I'm honest, but something in the universe aligned and instead I've been privileged enough to make two gorgeous cakes for two wonderful ladies who have been in my life for almost as long, longer for one! I can't wait to share the photos with you all 😁
