~Getting that progress slowly and confidently because I can’t trust those knees 😂 My goal is to keep consistent …no matter what !Of course luteal phase have impacted my lifts bit this is not an excuse ( that’s James’s words lol) My plan for today was :- Back squats (50 kg)4 sets x 8 reps- Barbell hip thrusts ( 60 kg) 4 sets x 12 reps- Leg extension 59 kg 4 sets x 10 reps - Glute focused back extensions (20 kg DB ) 4sets x 12 reps- STRETCH ——————#gymlife
