Today was the successful end of another FREC3 class for SMT ambulance service in Essex at the HART Basildon training centre.

Our expansion in England is now in place with our 4 centres in Basildon, Portsmouth, Devon and Newcastle.

We have just secured 2 additional sites, 1 based in Wales and another further north in Scotland. This is in addition to our already successful centre in Northern Ireland that is planned for further expansion in it's service delivery in early 2025.

Many more exciting and industry changing developments are already in planning stages for early 2025. Exciting times to come.

Courses are available across the all sites for QualSafe FREC 3 and 4, FREUC5 5, AAP and many CPD sessions for all clinical grades.

Today we have a new class of students undertaking their QA Level 4 Diploma for Associate Ambulance Practitioner (AAP) course. Between now and March these students will undertake classroom lectures both online and in-person as well as practical workshops to learn new skills and enhance their previous clinical practices at either FREC4 or Level 3 AEUCS.

They will be on placement in various parts of the UK once the academic phase of their training is completed to consolidate their learning.

There is so much demand for our bespoke AAP programme involving recognition of prior learning (RPL) and out method of part time structure to allow students continue in their current employment and "earn as they learn".

Yesterday marks an important milestone for a group of our Associate Ambulance Practitioner (AAP) students as they begin their placement hours with SMT Ambulance in the NHS EEAST area, starting in Basildon! 🚑
