with a very short newel post at the bottom of the stairs the client was struggling to fit a stair gate, to combat this we installed a full height newel and full balustrade making it functional, stylish and safe

Once carpentry works were completed we also finished the spindles and base rail in satin white and oiled the handrails and caps
