Absolute pleasure to do the cake for Charlotte and Ollie's wedding the other week in London at The Counting House. Lovely venue, lovely people, lovely evening.

Here are some weight plate cupcakes i made for my Gym Owner and friend .mcgarrigle .performance in Basingstoke. He's done lots for me and helped me out a few times so made these as a little suprise for him!

Baby shower cake for Baby Harris. Cute little teddy bear in a balloon basket. Adorable little baby and bear moulds on the base as well.

Made these little things before Christmas but forgot to post them!

I have some silicone plantpot cupcake cases so filled them with chocolate chocolate cake, topped in a chocolate crumb for soil and then piped little cacti on the top 🌵🌵

A lovely (if i may say so myself) cake for a civil ceremony last week.

Something new to me on this one as a Cherry Bakewell flavoured cake; almond sponge and cherry jam with 3 roses all hand made by myself with leaves attached. A textured buttercream exterior using a scraper from .

This was the first time making flowers for me so that's what the practice stories were for but i think they came out quite well!!

I know i say this a lot but i absolutely loved making this and i suppose that's the benefit of making such different cakes and i'm so glad it all came together well.

Anyway.......2nd birthday cake for Emily if you hadn't guessed it already! All the shark family are present on this one. Absolutely everything is edible on this board as well which i always try to do if i can. All models are made from icing and the sand is biscuit.

30th Birthday cake for a police officer. This one was fun to make with the shaping of the handcuffs and poking the asp handle hundreds and hundreds of times to get the right texture. All of this one is edible! Stay Safe!

A couple of weeks ago at the Christmas Market in Oakley i said i was donating all of the proceeds i took to St David's Hospice Care in Newport, Wales. My Auntie Kay was there, being looked after at the time, but we sadly lost her a couple of weeks ago after a tough battle with cancer. Yesterday we had a chance to say goodbye and celebrate her life with family.

She was a qualified pastry chef and professional cake maker and made a range of absolutely stunning cakes. She was an absolutely incredible woman and a massive inspiration to me. I will always remember staying with her as a youngster and watching her create her masterpieces.

You'll always be with me and i'll think of you everytime i make a cake myself.
