What a lovely Sunday we are having, real gardening weather or just sitting in your gazebo with colourful bunting all around.

Your table set with strawberries and cream, also cucumber sandwiches with the crust taken off.... so lovely...

Little girls behaving themselves sat at the table in their new beautiful summer dresses.

Oh Well!!! some of us just have to dream... or get on and create more bunting just as I am doing....

Who can remember...'dusty bin' on tv?? just popped into my head..

I will be at Conygre on the 6th. Will be demoing how I create tissue art as well as having textile items to feast your eyes on... Great opportunity to see what our artist are up to for 2024...

I have made several 5 mt lengths of large bunting from some small left over fabric from projects.
All unique with coloured herringbone tape, not the usual ecru or white..

The only trouble is that after cutting these I still have even small er pieces to create something else.

Working quite hard to clear my scrapple box.

I am finding it quite rewarding in the making, in fact quite self smug...

In the meantime hope you all have a great Easter and the weather improves.BUT I shall be hard at creating these banners and other projects that I hope to show you as time goes on.

NB. I will be at the Bath Craft Fair as poster...

These images are typical of new cotton fabric pieces left over from larger projects. I have previously posted on FB for collection free of charge.

I have got rather fed up with people saying they would have a use for them but never bothered to collect..

I used to give the charity shops a large bin bag regularly for which they would obtain funds from recycling personal, they no longer want to accept them.

Having been brought up not to..'wast not want not' I have turned these scraps into useful items which I will post.

Would appreciate your views and to share please.

My next post will show what I made with the larger scraps..

Hallatrow was JUST a bit wet under foot mid day today...

Whilst you are thinking what my previous post is used for I thought perhaps you may look at a young persons cuddle cover for extra warmth I recently made.

The Jungle fabric is cotton and the backing is non pill fleece... Really cuddly and comforting with all the wild beasties to keep one warm..

Will give you another clue to my previous post soon...
