However they are not always suitable depending on the size of the property and how many bathrooms you have.
When quoting to replace a boiler we will always find out how you use your heating and hot water so we can make sure the boiler recommended is appropriate for you and also the right size for your property. An undersized boiler won’t provide enough output to heat the space but an oversized boiler will be inefficient and not run properly because it generates to much heat that has no where to go.
