Hello, I’m Hannah I’m a 2nd year pharmacy student and I’m this year’s Secretary. My role is to help organise fun events and activities for everyone.

Pharmacy and Pharmacology are tough courses! I believe having a laugh every now and again, as well as helping eachother with resources can make it that bit easier and more enjoyable for everyone. I aim to strengthen a sense of community on our course.

A fun fact about me: I’m a green belt in kickboxing 🥋.

My advice for freshers: say yes to as much as possible this year (whilst you can) you never know where it might lead you.

Advice for freshers: Starting University can be nerve-racking, but it’s best to talk to many people during fresher’s week and get to know your coursemates first. Get ready for a year full of unforgettable social events that you won’t want to miss!

Hey guys! We are excited to share with you that our local ICB will be offering exciting placement opportunities and foundation year training posts. Also they will be offering exam support by posting weekly quizzes - testing your clinical knowledge and drug calculation skills. We are pleased to announce that we will be having a merged STEM Spring Ball on Wednesday 29th March. This will be merged with: Physics, Natural Science and Computer Science! The venue remains the same - The Apex Hotel in the city centre.

We understand that this may come as an inconvenience to some. Please accept our apologies, but do rest assured that this also brings an exciting opportunity and will make the Ball a bigger and more fun event for everyone!

For those who have already purchased tickets - we are underway with processing refunds. Please watch out for further updates - you will be able to re-purchase tickets for the new STEM Ball soon :)

Updates will come soon with further info - including food, seating arrangements etc. You are still more than welcome to bring guests and plus-ones as like before.
