Bringing us a true 'Taste of Wales', Dylan will be celebrating the finest Welsh produce with his very special menu....

Welsh to the bone, we couldn’t think of a better chef to bring this night to you!
Training under the watchful eye of Simon Radley at the Chester Grosvenor at the age of 16, he progressed to the Lanesborough Hotel in London at 18. From here he stumbled upon an opportunity at The Church Green in Lymm, working alongside the youngest person ever to have been awarded a coveted Michelin Star, as the head chef of The Church Green, Lymm, where he met his now wife, Rachel in 2013. Since then, he has toured the finer parts of Cheshire, cooking for some very well-known names under the brand of The Fine Dining Company.

In 2018, he was appointed head chef at Manchester City’s iconic ‘Tunnel Club’ – and shortly after was promoted to Head Chef of Hospitality where he would look after the catering of managers, players, coaching staff and public, an operation that required supervision of 13 restaurants and 18 kitchens.
Our Welsh will allow Dylan to pay homage to his heritage and take you on a journey of Celtic taste and celebration.....
