This page is all about my coaching & sport. This post is dedicated to the biggest year for me so far in my sporting adventures.
Started my boxing journey this year and got back into the sport after 11 years! Which has changed my life dramatically…
And obviously as some of you may know I ran my first marathon this year finishing with a time 3hours & 44 minutes.
The cup final with was a great experience and it was good to be apart of my first men’s cup final.
And lastly still on the gym grind as always!
Excited to see what 2024 holds, and what new goals I can achieve🤞🏻❤️

First ever marathon complete! Absolutely knackered, but so buzzin to get sub 4 hours.

The time has come! It all comes down to tomorrow, so excited and nervous at the same time for my first marathon.
Now all I can do is prepare and trust my training and do my best.

So! Week 10 of training complete, which now leaves me onto the final week of the marathon prep, with the official race being next Monday. Every day I think about the race more, the preparation has been hard, as I’ve been constantly dealing with an injury in my Achilles but I feel like I’ve finally found ways round running and being able to run pain free. But I know the marathon will be a different ball game. I’m excited for this next week, lots of carb loading, bit of running and minimal weight training. Let’s do this!🏃🏻♂️💨
