Because of COVID it has taken sometime to get my inspection and then even more time to receive me result! As baking is low risk, with my level 2 food hygiene it has been safe for me to work before being inspected. I’m very pleased to show I have a Very Good hygiene rating of 5 and so you can trust all products are prepared in the most safe and hygienic way! 😊
