Here was the first taster of the brand new Stretch & Mobility class in colmworth, held at the beautiful 🤩

Thank you to everyone that came along to try it out, I hope you enjoyed it! ❤️

We done some light glutes & core work at the beginning, followed by 25/30 minutes of stretching & breathing exercises. Such a beneficial class and I am so glad I have added it to the calendar each week!

This class will run every Thursday evening, at Colmworth golf club from 18.30-19.15pm. Feel free to drop me a message if you would like to give it a go! 😀
