· Manage and coordinate a team of mobile cleaning operatives and site based operatives.
· Provide site cover for holidays and sickness absence.
· Assist in management of all aspects of health and safety, environment and quality assurance.
· Build positive & productive working relationships with colleagues and subordinates across the business.
· Maintain and develop excellent relationships and partnerships with clients to resolve issues and complaints.
· Keep a fluent and co-operative communication and working relationship with site level staff.
