Customers complaining about his vehicle is very hard to drive and there is a burning smell coming from the front of his Volkswagen Golf.

After a visual health check was carried out I informed the customer that the gearbox will have to be removed for further investigation! As you can see in photos the clutch and flywheel are both burnt out causing the smell and making the vehicle hard to drive.

Remember if you smell burning STOP! You will only make things worse and could damage the vehicle even more.

Ford Fiesta customers complaining about the engine management light on and also run very poorly.

Removed the rocket cover to find both core plugs to be leaking massively. This is a Common fault and easy fixed!

If this was left unchecked it could of caused massive engine damage!

Volkswagen 2.0L diesel. customer complaining that the car has been overheating sporadically. A very common fault in the newer VW 1.6/2.0l engine. While removing the waterpump to replace it we also carried out a full timing belt kit replacement.

Renault Clio in this morning for a routine maintenance (oil filter + 5w30 long life oil) also the car got a free health check which found: 2mm of tyre thread on both front tyres
3mm of brake linings on the front pads!
With the customer informed the repairs will be rebooked for a later date!
