Our beautiful couple from last week certainly know how to treat their guests! On the menu was not only our freshly smoked teriyaki salmon and garlic lemon chicken, but fresh lobster and tomahawk steak with peppercorn sauce & garlic butter.

One of our most popular items from our Street Food menu - the spiced chicken taco, consisting of a warmed soft taco, iceberg lettuce, gently spiced chicken, topped with coriander, sliced fresh chillies and feta.

Our joints spend 10 days in our sugar pit to develop a delicious, sweet cure. Succulent, juicy and just stunning!

Our Minted Rump Smoked Lamb, also a delectable winner!
