✨Apricity is here!✨
With exactly one month until Christmas, we have launched Apricity! The candle is made with a special blend of soy, coconut, and beeswax, paired with a double wick for a luxurious burning experience.
Once your candle is over, you can continue to enjoy a beautiful tumbler handcrafted by the fabulous . Using high-fire stoneware clay, this tumbler is designed to last for years. Whether used as a planter, a cup for hot coffee, or even a tumbler for your toothbrush or pencils, Apricity makes for the perfect Christmas present.
We've produced only a very small batch of these, so grab yours soon! Apricity is available on my shop (link in bio) and 's online store.
✨Apricity✨
Myself and are delighted to be launching a product we are truly proud of. Meet Apricity - a unique blend that captures the essence of the warmth of the sun in a cold day.
The crisp and watery notes unfold with a burst of bergamot tea and mandarin, complemented by ozone and cassis. A floral heart of jasmine and violet adds a touch of elegance, while the base notes of musk, sandal, and amber create a lasting foundation.
Made with a luxurious double wick, candle is meticulously crafted in Belfast. We use a special blend of soy, beeswax, and coconut wax to ensure a premium burn.
And the best thing? The tumbler can be reused once your candle is done! Glazed in a myriad of colours, Apricity is designed to break right through the dreariness of the bleaker winter months, just as the name suggests.
Fancy getting one? Launching tomorrow on our online shops.
Earlier last year, I began reading "The Secret History" by Donna Taart. It was quite dense but it has quickly become one of my all-time favorite books.
It left a lasting impression and I found myself continuously daydreaming about casting the characters from the book, and one day, while scrolling through TikTok, I stumbled upon a video that perfectly matched how I imagined Henry, one of the main characters of the book, to look like. So I commented that on his video but it soon slipped from my mind as time passed.
Fast forward to earlier this year, I encountered at one of the local markets and I immediately fell in love with her pottery and bubbly and bright personality.
The idea of having a special, locally-made glazed tumbler for a candle began to nag at me. I proposed the idea to Gillian, and she was all for it! Our journey officially began during our first business meeting (how fancy) at . We met several more times for the past few months to bring our creative vision to life.
We struggled to find a name that truly described our product, especially since we were launching in mid-winter. Well, remember the TikTok comment I mentioned earlier? Around the same time we were brainstorming for a name, that comment received a single like and I got a notification about it.
The video was my fan casted Henry talking about the word "Apricity," which means the warmth of the sun in winter. It resonated perfectly with our creation, where we combined a rainbow spectrum glaze with fragrant notes in the candle.
It felt like destiny when we stumbled upon the word "Apricity," When you light our candle, we want you to experience that warm, sunny embrace on a cold, crisp day. This is the story of how Apricity was born.
Some places like and already have the very first few candles but we are happy to announce we are officially launching Apricity this Saturday, 25th November.

One more sleep until our Pour, Paint and Pint workshop with . See you at tomorrow for an afternoon full of pumpkin spice and all things nice.
Autumn, the season of golden leaves, cosy socks, and the scent of pumpkin spice filling the air, is here. 🎃🧡There's something undeniably whimsical about this time of year that brings out the cosy, creative side in all of us. 🍂
Together with we made a one of a kind workshop to celebrate this cosy pairing.
Here are five reasons why we think Autumn is the most perfect season.
1. Autumn's Warm Hug 🧡
Autumn's warm, inviting colours make it the ideal time for cozy candles. Their soft, flickering glow pairs perfectly with the season's vibrant hues.
2. Pumpkin Spice Everything! 🎃
Pumpkin spice is in everything, so why not fill your space with its warm, comforting scent? Come mix and pour your very own wax melts in this scent!
3. Cozy Home Nights 🏡
Shorter days and cooler evenings call for well-lit, cozy spaces. Candles create that inviting ambiance, making your evenings special. Even the tiniest flame of a tea light in a wax melt burner makes the atmosphere all the more inviting.
4. Get Creative 🎨
Autumn inspires creativity! Join our workshop and explore your artistic side by painting 2 faux pumpkins. Local artist Eimear Campbell will share all her tips and techniques on how to paint so you can appreciate your little pumpkin all year long.
5. Community Vibes 🤝
Autumn brings people together for shared experiences. We chose for their sense of community and unmatched vibes. Come get creative while enjoying a locally produced beer included in the workshop.
Don't miss out on the cozy magic of autumn. Let candles and pumpkins create a warm, inviting, and imaginative atmosphere. 🕯️🎃🍂

With our origami workshop happening tomorrow at , here are a few fun facts about the Japanese art of folding paper.
1. Origami was initially known as orikata (folded shapes). In 1880, however, the craft became known as origami. The term origami comes from the Japanese words oru (to fold) and kami (paper).
2. The most famous origami model is called the “Tsuru,” and it represents a crane – a strong, majestic bird that is said to live for a thousand years. It symbolizes honor, good fortune, loyalty, and longevity, and it’s our logo too. Folding 1,000 paper cranes is believed to fulfill wishes.
3. Origami originally carried ceremonial purposes. When paper was expensive back in the day (6th century), origami was reserved for special occasions like weddings where sake cups were decorated with paper butterflies and sacred spaces like Shinto shrines where origami was folded for good luck.
4. The fastest time to make 100 origami cranes is 40 minutes 35 seconds, achieved by Yoneyama Yuichi (Japan) in Nagoya, Japan, on 30 November 2010. That’s an average of 24.35 seconds for each crane.
5. There are three different types of origami: single sheet origami, modular origami where multiples of identical modules are pieced together, and composite origami where a model is made from two or more different pieces, each folded in different ways.

The idea to blend the beautiful essential oils of May Chang and Frankincense was born from our latest collab with Nicole from . The process of recalling a memory by just encountering a familiar scent is called ‘anchoring’ in hypnotherapy and it is a powerful tool in preparing for giving birth so naming our collection was very intuitive.
Can you imagine, Juliana Made This being used to help mommas out there to deliver their babies? What?! I’m so happy to have been invited by Nicole and I’m super proud of what we have accomplished together.
I've invited Nicole to write a little more about birth, aromatherapy and everything to do with our Anchor collection in our latest blog post. Want to read more about it? Head to our blog -🔗 link in bio!
