We have relocated our social farm to a new site on the farm at Bradkeel, Plumbridge. This will provide us with a new and exciting space for the development of future activities.

Hi Everyone. Thanks for all the likes, shares and comments on my book and a warm welcome to my page.

Whilst out walking today my thoughts came to one of the chapters in my book and a sentence from it on self care/self love. page 21.
"Self-care is an action you take for yourself to say, 'I love you, I appreciate you, and you are important.'
