Time to Celebrate! 🎉

We are thrilled and delighted that Jack Hopkin, a mighty member of our Learning Me team, has gained an OCN Level 4 Social Media and Digital Marketing qualification from North West Regional College.

Hours of learning, commitment and dedication rightly earned him this accolade and we couldn't be more proud! An absolute gem of a gent, we are greatly enriched by his creativity, professionalism and skill set. Onwards and upwards, Jack and thank you for all that you do! 💙💚💜

All of us here at Learning Me want to wish all of our amazing educators, their hard-working pupils and their families a fantastic summer break!
It’s been a busy few months, and we can’t thank you enough for accompanying us on this particularly exciting stage of our journey to help you help them. We hope you have plenty of time for relaxation, fun, and making happy memories. Here’s to sunshine, laughter, and maybe even a little quiet time! 💙

A great start to the Catalyst NI Generation Innovation Work Experience Programme week! Our founders Bernard and Nicole O'Connor met their teams and set them a challenge to tackle for the week! Looking forward to Day 2! 💙💚💜

On Monday evening, we had the incredible opportunity to gather with friends, supporters, and partners at Ulster Bank to celebrate the launch of our new wellbeing platform for schools, 💜💚

The evening was filled with excitement as Nicole O'Connor and Bernard Noble, our passionate founders behind Learning Me, unveiled a platform designed to support the emotional health and wellbeing of pupils, whilst empowering nurturing schools and supporting families. 🏫✨

Highlights of the Evening:

💜 Warm hospitality: A heartfelt thank you to John Ferris, Gabi Burnside, and the entire Ulster Bank NI team for making the evening run so smoothly! We couldn't have hoped for a better venue to bring everyone to!

💚 The people: We were delighted to invite teachers from our pilot schools and our entrepreneur friends from the various programmes we’ve been involved in! We also celebrated with those behind the scenes in our business: our accountant, mentors, developer, and friends and families!

💬Speeches and Demos: Nicole and Bernard shared their journey from passionate teachers to innovative edtech entrepreneurs, highlighting the evolution of Learning Me and the creation of Understanding Me. A Demo Room was also set up so people could go, play and explore the platform for themselves!

🔜 Exciting Future: We announced our short-term plans, including welcoming 16 pupils tomorrow for the Catalyst Generation Innovation Work Experience Programme week and touched on some of our future service provisions and platform inclusions.

We were beyond honoured to be invited to the wonderful The MAC last night for the Catalyst NI Co-Founders Awards finals! 🎊

A huge congratulations to the representatives of all the companies present- the energy, entrepreneurial innovation and creativity on show were truly inspiring! All participants should feel a tremendous sense of accomplishment!

A special shout-out to our Learning Me friends Gemma McAllister from WearMatter and Blayne Shaw from Mor who were crowned TechStart £10k winners. Their dedication and drive are nothing short of inspiring- it’s always a thrill to see our peers receive well-earned recognition!
