Wee job before and after. Old paper stripped, panelled, paper lined and painted.

Decking before and after finished today

Another house sorted for rental. Full repaint, new flooring downstairs, new worktops and all cupboards painted. Finished up with a good clean ready for new tenants 💪

Ok so what have we been doing all week, not all jobs get photos lol, let’s see.
Changed a shower pull cord.
Moved a sofa from Newry to Lisburn.
Resealed a bath.
Serviced two oil boilers.
Resealed a shower.
Run around suppliers getting materials 🙈.
White gloss work on full house paint ( nearly there).
Painted kitchen doors, cornice and pelmet etc. Pics will be up when finished 😉.
Changing worktops today.
All this while suffering a horrible toothache 🙈.

Some before and after. New flooring, skirting and architrave fitted with a new electric and gas box with extra storage handmade, then all painted and papered.

For anyone who can't see our ticky wocky here are some picture of our jobb completed in Bangor. Few hrs through at this one lol. Old furniture carpets etc all removed and disposed off. New kitchen and bathroom in, full repaint with all new carpets and flooring. Watch our new ticky tocky, see the difference.

Well there’s the first job in.

New door sorted for boiler house in Joanmount Methodist church

Chimney breast removed

Squeaky floor. Floor strengthened, then a 12mm ply added and new carpet fitted

Private rental, worktop at sink rotten. Replaced with something similar.

Wee bathroom in a private rental. Water damage from yrs of shower door not having rubber seal with toilet also leaking. All repaired and looking good.

2 bedrooms, 1 office , 1stairs and landing and 2 sofas all fresh and clean

Wee path at front of house tidied up for customer

Hall stairs and landing papered. Customer still a few finishing touches to make but looking good.
