Including our 1st ever dimoind award for our reduced fat pork sausages!!! Dimoind awards are the highest achievement a butcher can get for their home made food.... Needless to say we are chuffed and very proud! We are now officially taking orders for christmas.... a little sooner than we normally would but there has been a lot of people asking over the past few weeks so if anyone wants to order anything the order books are open.... you can order anything u want for christmas.... weather u have a price in mind or a specific weight just let us know when it placing your order.... we will ofcourse have are meal deals available aswell!!! We collection of our awards so far... last year we won small butchers shop of the year.... this year we have been shortlisted again as finalists.... but there 6 other amazing butchers in the finals aswell.... and I do mean the competition is crazy good this year!! It's a privilege just to be selected as a finalist as there are many great small butchers across both Ireland and northern Ireland!!
