Behind the scenes at Yardbird… Our rotisserie chicken is a firm favourite and is marinated in lemon, buttermilk and paprika for 24hours. It’s then dry-rubbed, cooked and blast-chilled to keep it juicy. Finally it’s roasted on the spit, ready to be served.

TDO BEER FEST 2023! Our first-ever Beer Fest at TDO the other week was so good that we've decided to make it an annual event. We'd like to say a big thank you to all the brewers that took part, the brand ambassadors that held the beer-tasting sessions, the musicians that took over the main stage, and all the staff that made this event epic!
