Our first ever Yoga classes have gone down a treat.
So we had to put on another class. Fridays @ 10am 🧘‍♀️

This time we want to focus on those just starting out or trying Yoga for the first time.

This class is suitable for people with decreasing mobility, strength and balance 🪑
