This project fell into permitted development rights and didn't require any planning permission. We produced some construction drawings to help the client with space planning as well as helping them get accurate prices from builders.

We're thrilled to share the news of another completed project and we're bursting with pride to reveal the stunning results!

Transforming a garage into a functional and stylish office space was a challenge we embraced wholeheartedly. The result is a contemporary workspace that perfectly blends functionality with aesthetics.

The heart of the home got a beautiful makeover! We worked to create a modern kitchen that not only meets the highest standards of functionality but also exudes warmth and sophistication.

Expanding living spaces with a thoughtful rear extension allowed us to bring more natural light into the home. The seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces creates a harmonious flow that enhances the overall living experience.

Exciting News in Walsall!

Thrilled to share that one of our projects has just cleared a major milestone - we've officially received planning permission for a new build 4-bed dwelling in Walsall!

After navigating through a lengthy and challenging planning process, we're overjoyed to see our vision take shape. This custom-designed home is not just a building; it's a reflection of our client's aspirations

We're happy to share another one of our completed projects, this a loft conversion and side extension in the heart of Barnt Green. This project was all about maximizing space and creating a more functional living environment for a growing family.

The sunlit loft space and Ensuite delivers all new spaces and functionality to the property.

Everyone can use a little help when visualizing how a space can look or feel, using 3D modelling programs Revit & Enscape we were able to offer our client a look into the potential for their space.

We were thrilled to get the opportunity to work on this project in Studley!

Our client wanted to replace an aging extension with a slick new, clean cut extension with a balcony to overlook the natural surrounding beauty.

We had to take on board several planning considerations when designing a balcony in a widely residential area, however with thoughtful responses and maintaining a good relationships with neighbors and the planning authorities this project underwent a smooth planning application.

We're incredibly proud for making this vision a reality, and we're grateful to our clients for entrusting us with their project.
