Engineered Oak boards, originally stained Grey. A full sand and seal treatment was completed on this floor for a brand new look. Finished in commercial semi gloss lacquer ππ»
Solid Oak boards in Elford. This Oak floor had lost all its colour and became very dull. We Sanded down the Oak boards down starting with a 36 grit going up to 120 grit. Stained Golden Oak.

Oak parquet floor recently completed in the heart of Sutton Coldfield.
Covered in black marks, we sanded the floor back to bare wood going through the sanding grades.
We completely sealed the whole floor in Junckers commercial seal. π€©
Olton Golf club. We completed a full restoration on this golf club in Solihull. Sanded the floor to bare wood removing grease and black water marks.
Finished in 3 coats of commercial seal for a great protection. Lovely restoration completed in one day. ππ»
St Johns Primary school Dudley, this beautiful maple floor was covered up in stain, lacquer and polish plus old sanding marks. 174 square meter completed in 3 days with a team of 2 !!
We removed all the old marks and lacquer with course sandpaper. Then moved on to sanding with smooth sandpaper. Applied one coat of lacquer. Court markings then coated. 2 mores of lacquer on top for a maximum protection finish. π€©ππ»
Parquet floor hidden underneath carpet, latex and glue. Repaired large sections of the floor to match in with existing.
We started sanding with an extremely aggressive 16 grit π³all the way up to 120 grit. Stained the floor wenge for a traditional look and 3 coats of lacquer on top. π€―π€©
Victorian Pine floorboards not the easiest to sand but once sanded properly they look amazing. π€©Sanding against the grain to remove all the bitumen and to make the boards flat. Stained Antique pine and 3 coats of lacquer on top ππ»
Beech Parquet Floor πΈπͺ΅large parts of the parquet floor was missing but nothing our small team canβt handle. Repaired the missing area using lecol wood adhesive. Then a complete sanded back to bare wood to relieve this beautiful flooring. Finished off with 3 coats of HP Commercial seal for a Premium Finish. π₯π₯
Pine floor boards found underneath laminate flooring. A good sand back to remove all the dirt. Bedrooms stained Golden Oak and the landing stained Teak. 3 coats of lacquer on top. πΈβͺοΈ
Our most recent project supplied and fitting of Engineered Oak to match onto the existing. Primed and glued. Stained one half black and the other half grey.
Beautiful contrast between the different colours and a sharp joining line from the black to the grey. 3 coats of Hp commercial seal to finish it off.

Small engineered oak floor. Completed last week black water marks stained deep into the grain. A clean sand off with the bona flex sander and 3 coats of Matt lacquer. π₯

Original 1900βs Pine floorboards in the Sutton Coldfield. Thick bitumen cover around the perimeter of the floor.
A good rip sand down starting with a 24grit up to 120grit for a immaculate finish. Stained antique pine and seal with 3 coats.

Engineered Oak fitting across 3 bedrooms. Laid on top of existing pine floor boards. Finished in a weak walnut satin with 3 coats of lacquer. ππ»
Pitch Pine Parquet blocks in a herringbone pattern had lost its natural colours and started to become a orange tone. A few loose blocks taken up cleaned and glued back down.
Sanded back to bare wood, filled and sealed back up with 3 coats semi Gloss seal. β
Wooden floor in front of bar completed. Old sanding marks throughout the floor. Starting with a coarse 36 grit sandpaper all the way up to 120 grit sandpaper. Stained Walnut and applied 3 coats of commercial seal.
Some epic pine floors boards in a new upcoming restaurant in Lichfield waiting to be discovered. Cover in bits of cement, paint and plenty of dust. After lots of sanding down and 3 coats of commercial seal they look fantastic. π€©
This wonderful Walnut herringbone parquet floor was covered in dirt, paint and plaster. Once we started sanding we knew, it would reveal the grain lovely. The end project speaks for itself fantastic finish with beautiful colours. π€©
