Today I’m bringing you some top portfolio tips ⬇️

- eye contact is everything when you are shooting as they tell a story. Practice ‘smiling with your eyes’ in the mirror to get yourself ready.
- posture defines your stance meaning if those shoulders are slouchy you will not get the shot! So stand tall, always.
- position yourself appropriately for your height, weight and figure. This is very important as not every body can pose the same, you must find what poses suit your frame and practice in the mirror repeatedly.

When was asked if she needed any posing assistance she shook her head and looked at me like ‘don’t be silly aunty Rave’‼️🥹📸

Adrienne suffers with dyspraxia which is a developmental co-ordination disorder that affects movement and coordination.



Meaning her stage presence could be affected but she continues to defy the odds and SLAYS each and every round with ferocious determination.

Today marks the beginning of Dyspraxia awareness week and what better way to show others NOT to listen to the odds. 💚
