Jenny Powell NLP Therapy Coach
I am an NLP Therapy Coach for Children, teens and young adults. Hi I am Jenny, I am a wife, Mum of two, owner of two lovely greyhounds and a HR Professional.
I started my journey with NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) out of curiosity around why we do things or react to certain situations, I then decided to take the plunge and undertake the training. 18 months later I am a certified Master Practitioner of NLP and a Practitioner of Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy (working towards Master Practitioner). You might be asking what is NLP and how can it
♥️🥰♥️
Don't forget tonight the clocks go back by one hour, so, at 2am the time becomes 1;
But, most importantly never forget,
No matter how much the world changes,
You are amazing and that can never be undone.
Very proud to have been nominated for the Flamingo Business Awards, Coaching Connoisseur Award 2024 🥰
Talking about your mental health
1. Choose someone you trust to talk to
This might be a friend, family member or a colleague. Or you might be more comfortable talking to someone you don’t know, for example, through a support helpline. It can help to do a pros and cons list about talking to someone.
2. Think about the best place to talk
It’s important to choose a place where you feel comfortable enough to open-up. You might want to choose somewhere private where you’re less likely to be disturbed. You also might want to talk while you do an activity, like walking together.
3. Prepare yourself for their reaction
Hopefully, you will have a good experience when you open-up to someone. But there’s a chance that they may not react in the way you hope. This may be for different reasons, like they may be worried or not fully understand at first. If that’s the case, try to give them time to process what you’ve told them. It might help to give them information to read to help them understand. And don’t forget to be kind to yourself and practise self-care.
Love these Monday affirmations, thank you
Let us welcome the new moon of Leo today. Being that this is my birthday month, this moon is particularly significant to me. We have what's known as a Leo New Moon throughout the summer, which occurs when the Sun is in that sign.
Our inner personality, our emotions, and the things we require to feel safe and secure are represented by the Moon, the Sun is our outer personality. Being aware of your Moon sign is crucial because it represents your emotional nature and the energy you carry with you for the duration of your life.
As a Fire sign, Leo illuminates and warms all it shines upon, much like the midsummer sun. Dedicated and unwavering, this is the symbol of purpose and ex*****on.
With each new moon comes opportunity to reflect, grow, transform and setting goals 🥰

Still spaces left in our Anxiety Workshop at Revival Health & Wellbeing Centre Inkberrow, Worcestershire on Wednesday 17th July.
Anxiety can make you feel nervous, worried, scared. It is perfectly normal to experience it at times but it can take over and affect enjoyment of life.
In this 2 hour session with Allison Prebble and I, we will guide you through causes of anxiety and some creative remedies.
Please message me back for more details. The session starts at 6.30pm and lasts for 2 hours. Just £20 per person.
Great advice 🧡
I've been asked recently if I'm running the summer club again this year and I am pleased to confirm I am. Here is some more information on what it entails to share with you all
The sessions are run over 4 separate sessions, which can be held either face to face in my clinic on a Friday evening in Inkberrow or I can hold them via zoom or at your home - whichever is your preferred option.
Each session will last approx 45 minutes and will cover the following and many more areas:
School Transition Stress
Social Anxiety
Confidence
Self-belief
Concentration/Distractions
The sessions are created to suit each individual as each child will need help in different areas so it's not one set way.
I use techniques and strategies from NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), TimeLine Therapy, Silent Counselling, CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) and many other techniques.
I have experience of working with SEN children and have helped with ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, mental health, sensory, emotion regulation.
Are you looking for some extra support for your child? Jenny Powell NLP Therapy Coach may be able to help!
Thank you Jenny for sponsoring our Summer Fete programme ☀️
We all need a little help sometimes 🙂
If you knew that you could handle anything that came your way what would you possibly have to fear?
Been out for a 2 mile short run before it gets hot. Have a lovely weekend all and enjoy the 🌞

I love what I do, today I've had three sessions with 3 clients all with different requirements and needs.
To see the change, the smiles and the engagement makes me so happy that I can share my knowledge and expertise to help them achieve their own goals.
Well we made it round, we did it we ran a half marathon! Not any old half marathon, but the London Landmarks Half Marathon It's been amazing very well supported by the crowd and Young Epilepsy who we were running for. Between me and Pam we have raised over £1000 so far which is fantastic 🥳
Managed to run 12k of it with my sister and then had to go solo for the rest as my hamstring (and other pains 😆) were causing a few issues.
Well earned Pizza and glass of wine afterwards at Pizza Express and now on train home 😁
Currently reading a book that was recommended to me and love this statement 👌
