We will be running a watch along event at the gym for the UFC 304 event this weekend. The doors will be open from 11:00. There will be food and drink for sale at the event and we will be charging £8 for all non members who wish to attend the event. All proceeds will be going to charity. Hope to see you all there

We are hosting a watch-along for the entire UFC 296 card at the gym. There will be food and drinks with all proceedings will be going to charity. This event is FREE for members but non-members will have to donate £10 at the door for charity. Doors will be open from 11pm and we will be showcasing the early prelims. Event expected to go on till 5am

makes his debut today at Dublin. Tom is a phenomenal martial artist who a lot of the team look up to and learn from. We wish him the best of skill heading into this bout.

We have Tim Wilde fighting on Bellator 301 tonight. Tim has great momentum and is currently on a 5 fight unbeaten streak which he is aiming to extend tonight. The team wishes him all the best 🥋

Tonight we have Omeil Brown fighting for the Cage Warriors World Welterweight Title. Catch it on UFC Fight Pass from 6:30pm🥋!

Team Renegade are hosting a viewing party for Bellator 299 this Saturday at 7pm. The event is FREE for members and non members will be charged a £10 entry fee. Food and drinks will be available for purchase inside and all proceeds will be going to charity.

The past two weekends have been very productive for the amateur team with the team picking up four championship titles, ten victories and two valuable lessons learnt. We’re proud of all our fighters who competed and we can’t wait to see them grow into seasoned martial artists.
